This video represents an example of just-in-time educational development support created for the online environment. One benefit of a resource like this is its availability — rather than needing to attend a workshop, this short video can help share information on a topic related to teaching and learning. I designed a process for creating this video which allowed for timely-closed captioning and as a result the video is accessible for the hearing-impaired.
