Caroline, I have OSX 10.10.5 and PowerPoint 2011 installed on my MacBook Air, and haven’t had any issues. I’m sorry it’s not working for you!
Caroline. I think it might be a Keynote version difference. I am using Keynote 6.6.1 and for the Title of the shortcut I used “Play Slideshow” and it worked. The title must match the name in your “Play” menu.
Hi Declan, I don’t see the relationships between Keynote and Powerpoint knowing that I’m only using powerpoint.
I have been successfully using this presenter for 2+ years. All the sudden it quit working. I’ve changed batteries and everything. I’m using OS Yosemite and PowerPoint on my MacBookPro. It worked one day and didn’t the next! Any ideas?
Makes me wonder if this is a R800 issue (rather than an OSX issue) — have you tried using it on a Windows PC? If it works on the PC, then you would at least know the R800 is working properly…
I wondered that too! I’m taking to work tomorrow to see if it works on the PC there.
