Scrum is a project management methodology that promotes transparency, collaboration, responsiveness and iterative development to help a project deliver value to an organization, faster.
As described by the Scrum Alliance, through my training and certification as a Scrum Master, I am better able to “[help] project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of a project’s overall success. [Certified Scrum Masters] understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSMs act as ‘servant leaders,’ helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework.”
